I begin by evaluating the current situation and understanding the overall context of a business. I then clarify how design and collaboration can impact business goals and user experience. An idea that isn't developed remains just an image. Focus on building trust. Create awareness and desire. Share knowledge by mentoring others in creative solutions and effective future practices. Help contributors grow by coaching and validating the product solution. Understand a business's full context before addressing design issues. Strengthen the solution through feedback, recognition, and quality checks to ensure the new experience lasts.
